Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.buzzingafoods.com and any related sub-domains, mobile sites or applications (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Buzzinga Foods Private Limited (“Buzzinga,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By browsing, registering an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by:

these Terms;
our Privacy Policy; and
our Shipping & Return Policy.

If you do not accept all of the above, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be (a) at least 18 years old and (b) legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account & Security

You may browse products without creating an account, but checkout requires a valid e-mail address and mobile number.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities under your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or suspected fraud.

Product Information & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary.
Nutritional facts are approximate and based on standard recipes; natural variations may occur.
Prices, offers, pack sizes and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders, Payment & Contract Formation

Placing a product in your cart does not reserve it. The order is confirmed only after successful payment and e-mail acknowledgement from Buzzinga.
We accept prepaid modes: UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking and select wallets via our PCI-DSS-compliant gateway. Cash-on-Delivery is not offered.
We may cancel orders (with full refund) for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment failure, suspicious activity or delivery address outside serviceable areas.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping, estimated transit times, delivery attempts and related fees are explained in our Shipping Policy (incorporated herein by reference). Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

Return & Replacement

Buzzinga sells fresh, ready-to-eat snacks; we do not issue refunds. Eligible quality issues (wrong item, damaged or expired pack) are covered by our Return & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Promotions, Coupons & Wallet Credits

Coupon codes are single-use, non-transferable and subject to individual expiry dates and minimum cart values.
Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion may be applied per order.
Buzzinga reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer at its sole discretion, without liability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, recipes, photographs, videos, icons and code—is owned by or licensed to Buzzinga and protected under applicable copyright, trademark and design laws. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or exploited without our prior written consent.

User Content & Reviews

You may post ratings, reviews, photos or suggestions (“User Content”) provided they:

relate directly to Buzzinga products;
are truthful, lawful and non-defamatory;
do not infringe any third-party rights or contain malicious code.

By uploading User Content, you grant Buzzinga a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce or adapt it in any media. We may remove or edit content at our discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers, accounts or data.
Interfere with security-related features or overburden the infrastructure.
Use automated scripts, spiders or bots to access or scrape content.
Misrepresent Buzzinga or impersonate another person or entity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as-is” and “as available”. Except as expressly stated in our Return Policy, Buzzinga makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzinga, its directors, employees or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

your use of or inability to use the Site;
delays or failures in delivery;
unauthorised access to or alteration of transmissions or data;
any third-party content or conduct.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Buzzinga, its officers and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms.

Force Majeure

Buzzinga is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, supplier failures, power outages or governmental actions

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
