Buzzinga Foods — Shipping Policy

Serviceable Location

We currently ship only to India’s eight major metros: Delhi-NCR, Mumbai (incl. Navi Mumbai & Thane), Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad. More pin codes coming soon.

Logistics Partner

Every order travels via Shiprocket’s courier network. A tracking link is e-mailed/SMS-ed once your parcel scans out of our Gurgaon fulfilment centre.

Processing & Dispatch

• Payment confirmation (all orders are 100 % prepaid) – instant

• Pick & pack – 0-1 business day

• Hand-off to Shiprocket – same day for orders placed before 1 pm IST; next business day otherwise

National holidays or launch spikes may add up to 24 h.

Transit Times

Metros receive parcels in 1 – 3 business days after dispatch.

Payment Methods

Accepted: UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, select wallets. Cash-on-Delivery is not available.

 

Delivery Attempts & RTO

Shiprocket makes two delivery attempts. If both fail, the parcel is returned to origin (RTO). We can re-ship once you pay the forward + RTO freight at actual cost.

Packaging Integrity

Orders are packed in triple-layer corrugated cartons with air pillows to keep your Chicken Chips whole. If the outer carton is crushed or tampered with, refuse delivery and e-mail photos to contact@buzzingafoods.com so we can dispatch a fresh pack.

Buzzinga Foods — Return &  Refund Policy

Buzzinga Chicken Chips are a fresh, ready-to-eat snack; we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we provide free, like-for-like replacements for legitimate quality issues.
 

  1. Replacement Window
    Submit a request within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking page.
     

  2. Eligible Reasons
    • Wrong flavour, pack size or quantity shipped
    • Packet punctured, torn, unsealed or spoiled on arrival (photo proof within 24 h)
    • Product delivered past its Best Before date

    Not eligible: change of mind, taste dislike, minor carton scuffs, opened or partially consumed packs.
     

  3. How to File a Claim
    Send an e-mail to contact@buzzingafoods.com with:
    • Order ID & mobile number
    • Clear photos of the outer carton, affected packet and batch/expiry panel
    Our team replies within 48 h. Once approved, a free replacement of the same SKU is dispatched via Shiprocket. If Shiprocket cannot collect the defective pack at your pin code, we’ll ask you to dispose of it safely and will still send the replacement.
     

  4. No Refunds
    Buzzinga Foods does not issue cash, card, wallet or bank-transfer refunds.
     

  5. Warranty Disclaimer
    Except for the replacement commitment above, Buzzinga Foods makes no other warranties—express or implied—regarding taste expectations, nutritional outcomes or fitness for a particular purpose.
